13. Return Policy. Due to the nature of our online site, and the products listed, we Greenviolet Limited have a strict NO RETURN policy for any product. No product shall be able to be returned for a like item, or for a cash refund.

IN THE EVENT THAT ARBITRATION IS REQUIRED, AGREED TO, OR ORDERED BY THE COURTS OF THE UNITED KINGDOM TO RESOLVE A DISPUTE RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT. THE PREVAILING PARTY SHALL BE ENTITELED TO PAYMENT OF ARBITRATION COSTS AND REASONABLE ATTORNEY'S FEES. YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO CONTEST THE JURISDICTION OF VENUE OR CONVENIENCE OF ANY COURT SITTING IN THE UNITED KINGDOM.

15. Verify Members' Address: Greenviolet Limited reserves the right to contact a Member via email to verify the accuracy of account information (including the Member's correct name and address) that is needed to provide the Member with the information he or she requested from Greenviolet Limited.
